At Frankies Bikinis, we want you to love your new look, but we understand if things don't always work out. We offer returns and exchanges on unworn items with original tags and hygiene liners intact within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like to receive a refund to your original payment method, store credit, or perform a direct exchange for a different size or color.

  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and liners are still attached.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
